At Vavavoom, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vavavoom account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
